✦Overly complex armors/ robotics

✦Heavy NSFW/Fetish themes (no feet sorry)

✦Offensive/ hateful themes/ slander
 

♡GENERAL USAGE RIGHTS♡

The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. You are not permitted to use the artwork for commercial purposes (EX: selling the artwork, creating merchandise, etc.)

Commercial use (Such as streaming and content creation) is included in your purchase. The merchandise fees required is 100% free on top of your commission purchase

You may use the artwork for personal projects, display, or gifting to someone, but do not alter the artwork in any way without prior approval, please and thank you!

♡AI, NFTs AND CRYPTOCURRENCY USEAGE♡

It is strictly prohibited to use my artwork for cryptocurrency-related purposes, including NFTs (non-fungible tokens), blockchain-based assets, or training/generating AI models. If you do I will be adding you to my list to never work with again.

 

 

♡PAYMENTS♡

Payments are to be made through VGen or Ko-fi , I work in USD but VGen and Ko-fi will controvert it automatically, no stress.

 

♡REVISIONS AND CANCELLATIONS♡

I include 2-3 free changes in the sketch phase. Any minor revisions in the price of the commission after said additional revisions will incur a fee of 5-10 USD per revision, depending on how complex the changes are.

Color correction in that department is fine and free of change, unless told otherwise

 

If there is a dispute regarding the commission, I am open to discussing and resolving the issue. However, refunds are unavailable once the commission is completed

 

If you wish to cancel the commission after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

If I must cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a half refund of the deposit.

 

♡DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATIONS♡

The completed commission will be delivered in PNG, format via Contact information you chose, mainly Discord or Twitter(X) or even Bsky

 

Communications will be in the form of DMs though your choice of social media, although my most active places are Twitter(X) and discord, If you wish to speak in those places id highly recommend it and feel free to drop a DM they are both open. Just say your from VGen first so I don't think your a bot.

I will aim to complete the commission within the aforementioned time, but please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the work and my current workload. If things change, I will contact you and let you know.

I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork, which allows me to use it for promotional purposes, including posting on my social media and portfolio.

 

By commissioning artwork, you are granted a license to use the artwork for personal purposes only. You are prohibited from reproducing or using the artwork for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon in in the request form.

 

♡CONFIDENTIALITY♡

If you request confidentiality (ex: a debut, a surprise gift, ect), I will not share the artwork publicly until you permit me buy you sharing it first or telling me. The only one who will see the work is my partner whom I live with, but she will not be posting it anywhere either
